Job Responsibilities:
In the position of Service Technician, you will be:
• Install, repair, and maintain garage doors for homes and businesses in our service areas
• Perform services with friendly and professional service that keeps customers coming back
• Recommend upgrades and solutions that make a real difference
• Work safely with heavy components and with collaboration to ensure every job is completed satisfactorily

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in installation, repair, construction, or home services
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Proven sales or customer service experience
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in physically demanding environments

Additional Success:
• Previous garage door service experience
• Comfortable using tools, power equipment, and troubleshooting issues
